“ Punked, Chicago Style”
Have had a few days to ponder on what happened Monday night. The early reviews were raving and I myself along with my minions where quit shocked , trying to figure out if he went off script and if he did how far. Of course the dead giveaway was the show was double taped and is already in the can so the dreaded spoilers have already been floating around in cyberspace for a few days.

CM Punk’s end of the show shoot on Vince condensed a lot of what a lot of people have been thinking and feeling for a long time . Punk has pretty much proven himself as a main eventer and an excellent color man on the mike and for him to be leaving at the top of his game is just another blotch on the WWE decision making. Every single solitary thing that he said Monday was true on some level.  The fact that they booked him so poorly the times that he had the belt ,  giving him stables and then not really doing any thing with them. Putting him in feud’s that go on way to long, all bad booking for a guy that can really sell a good program if he has a good one to sell.

These are the facts, Punk is leaving at midnight on the 18th if a new deal is not signed . The send off is he is taking the belt with him ,so he says . Well, we all know that aint gonna happen. The whole Alundrey  Blaze thing was a huge embarrassment to Vince and he wont let that happen again. That being said there is some definite wiggle room as far as the match itself, especially if Punk decides to go off script and try’s to make Cena Look bad

Also not to forget , Punk will have Ninety days to decompress and in that time ROH will have had time to get its ducks in a row with Sinclair Broadcasting and they will want to hit the ground running with a new TV show . What better way to do it then with an established star from the biggest promotion in the world. I’m telling you the stars are coming into alignment for ROH and if they don’t strike while the iron is red hot they will miss the best chance they will have.

The odd man out in all of this is Impact Wrestling . Punk to me seems a very Loyal guy and if he has the chance to go back to ROH and stick it to the WWE at the same time he’ll jump at it . He has no Roots in TNA and at this point I’m sure they wouldn’t book him all that much better then the WWE has, he came up through ROH and to go back when they get a nice TV deal and be the showcase is the kind of revenge a guy like punk can appreciate.
