I used to be a heavy Redbull drinker drinking at least four cans a day sometimes up to eight. I learned by experience how to increase the boost Redbull gives you and you can be sure your mind will be enlightened.

Redbull is a mix of nutrients and the goal is to give your brain and your body more energy to work and to perform serious effort. You can increase this effect and make it last longer just following some rules:

1. Eat a lot before drinking Redbull to increase the amount of glucose reaching your muscles and your brain. Redbull alone cannot match bread or pasta.

2. Drink a lot of water. Redbull will put your body on steroids and is a good idea to have water to refill the water losses. A brain without enough water will not run like it should, it can even faint.

3. Vitamins will increase the Redbull effects more than water or food.

4. Drinking redbull before going to sleep is great, your body will be eight hours without any sleep so Redbull will supply your body with energy.

Is Redbull the perfect drink? My advice, and I used to be a heavy user, is to stay away from it. It’s very expensive, and the boost of energy makes you want more and more until your body runs out of fuel… maybe for several days and no another can will not work.

Redbull is perfect for a weekend with your friends but never as daily juice. Your wallet and your body will suffer in the long term. Now I totally stopped drinking it.
