How to respect.
Having respect means to respect someones point of view. Suppose someone has a point of view, you can respect that. You don’t have to fulfill everything that everyone is saying, you don’t have to agree with everything, but you can surely respect everything. There is a difference, you don’t need to disrespect it. You don’t have to follow what they are saying, but if someone is speaking, at least learn to listen. Listening is the highest form of respect, to be able to listen to some one. When a small child is telling you this happened and that happened, if you are able to put your concentration and listen, then you have respected him.

Actually the highest form of respect is to listen to somebody, and not to cut him or to not slash his word; to be able to receive it. If you have something to say, choose a better tone. It is not good to overlap your point of view on somebody Else’s point of view. It puts them down. You fell that he has said something, but I have something better to say. That makes what he said less. You are trying to prove that he is less and you are a little better. This is not called respect. You should keep quite and if you really have a point of view, choose a different time and tell it at that time and then it will be respected.
