1.  Let them know you will be unemployed in a few weeks and  they will need to pay your share of the rent for the next six      months, as you have other responsibilities.

2.  Your mother will be visiting for awhile and will be sleeping on the sofa.

3.  A friend of yours will be working out of state for the next six months to a year and cannot take her pet with her and has asked you to take care of her pet snake.

4.  To make extra money to help pay for utilities, you will be  babysitting in the evenings.

5.  Let them know you will be selling dinners every weekend   to help pay your car note for as long as you need to.
