We’re only alive today because our ancestors broke the rules. They revolted against the English who had taken over, and it’s not just us. The Berlin wall was taken down because the Germans broke the rules. The cruel monarchy system ended in France because the French broke the rules. Slave trading only ended because the colored people broke the rules.

Galileo provided humanity with the tools to study heavenly bodies but only through breaking the rules of the church. And what did the church do to this visionary? They slaughtered him. Einstein provided humanity with nuclear power only by breaking the rules of physics and was honored for it.

A boy bent the rules and helped his friend in his exams, he got A’s in all the subjects, which made him and his mother very happy.

The Pakistani Army is trained strictly to abide by the rules. Their command these days is to exterminate extremist or in other words dedicated Muslims. Even though they know they’re fighting someone else’s war, they can’t stop. Why? Because they can’t break the rules! They can’t allow themselves to have mercy on their Muslim brothers.

Maybe it’s time for us to bend the rules. For a better Pakistan. We need a revolution, because the rules are indeed for fools.
