Leaving behind what was once a dream, after failing and turning to what some people would deem as a perfect nightmare – preservation is our sanity and for this we need to keep strong.
To preserve what is left after a horrific sequence of events, takes more than what it did to pull oneself through the events, what has been lost can’t be recaptured unless you then dwell on the past and for you too truly walk away and preserve what little is left. Their comes that barrier the one you imagined once upon a time “you’re high and far from anyone known looking down upon a once comfortable place this was your “haven, the sun high above, the reflection luminous an mystifying upon a lake large and magnificent as you remember, the old oak you sat underneath many an evening watching the sunset beyond the mountains and hills far behind the other side of the lake.
You once breathed and loved every essence “That this special place that you once called your sanctuary” The home, what was once a beautiful place that your dreams could only possibly reflect such a wondrous place, but you see now before you a derelict and fallen dwelling that through the passing of time has since lost its charm, holes appear vast, grass growth overlapping a once graceful view of a divine cottage and meticulously place straw thatched roof, everything pleased the inner soul you once remember, “A tear of sorrow flows softly down your face and is lost within the winds gentle sweep on your face, like a sign that it’s not welcome, and that you have to forget what has been, and what you must now consider is your dream!! To recollect an image of what was once a happy time and make preparations for these events never to interfere and create such havoc and repeat.
For this time you stand before nature and see what devastation has been possible you feel within broken and lost and somewhat bitter, but you remain calm – why you ask yourself, I can only see that from what has happened I must not have anything left to give, but deep down you know this is just not true! A sensation you most certainly feel strange starts to unwind sharp like a spring loaded tight. “That tight knot that’s been draining your very existence in your stomach now strangely disperses that has been preventing the body’s natural flow, the rays of the sun gently warm your outer skin and you slowly begin to replenish you like a battery given a charge knowing this feeling you form the image of that once proud and stem strong flower that has seen a long and dark drought and upon its last moments its has been given a beautiful gift a new lease of life the watering of the flower that has seen a drought…. Now stands tall again proud and preserved, for helping hands unknown have expressed an appreciation that this flowers beauty is needed and so are you too.
So from following this, my point exist that friends are required in need, and unknown forces play a hand in taking apart what is, but there are reasons…. For which we may never understand, but there is one thing that we can do and that is preserve ourselves and build better the next time around.
