The statement of 11 September as a day of service was a noble.

Useful, and the designation of a very positive and constructive in memory of victims of that horrible day in September, 8 years, but acknowledge that the service is something that is limited to a specific period. Must be regular occurrence and is a part of life. Make a habit that often and regularly a part of who you are, a natural element of his character.

We are encouraged when we hear of someone who did something extraordinary, such as bringing home to 10 children in foster care or shelter for the oppressed. These efforts are wonderful and praiseworthy, but also the many little thoughtful acts performed daily by millions of people every day in the calendar. Whether lending a hand to someone in need, comfort the sad and lonely, reading to a child, or giving a warm and sincere smile from a stranger, you’re in the mission of the angels.

It’s amazing how the success of our day and our feelings of happiness may increase significantly as we take the time to give of ourselves. This is one of the first inexplicable to most of us do stay. As expected, the wise Counse given to those who are sad and we forget the struggle and prejudice to find someone whose life could be improved. This is the magic formula that will ultimately reduce their own pain and suffering and that really works.

No matter what our circumstances are, we can find some time and manner of service. If this is a new concept for you, we will try, and probably will be satisfied with the results. For those who have accepted the challenge of 9 / 11 one days of service, bravo, and for those whose lives reflect the principle of altruism, many thanks.

If only we would all find time to live a life of service rather than being so self-centered, the world would be a better place.

A life of service needs to be lived out every day of our lives and not just one day a year. Spending time with children, taking time to care for the elderly and orphans, all of these things are commendable. Helping a stranger, just every day, giving of ourselves in service to one another. That indeed is the way to really live. Great article. I enjoyed reading it.
