The question has been asked many times by many different people: Should Marijuana be lega? Some say why not people are just gonna do it anyway? Although true the others oppose the idea of allowing to people to be influenced to get high and drive although that also already happens. The other big idea behind it government wise is look at how much the United States makes on tabacco each year just in taxes. Instead of putting all this effort behind the task forces and dumping countless dollars in it why not just legalize it and put a tax on it and make money? Cause its morally wrong to do so is that why? Doubtful considering cancer is one of the leading killers in the United States each year and the government hasn’t been to concerned with it because its a personal choice to smoke. So once again why not curve the market and make money on a already booming underground market? If you ask me I find it almost foolish. Ironically I don’t even smoke marijuana but still see the economical benefit in this time of national strife. Now the real question is what do you think?
