Refusal, resist, retaliate against modern day technological advances and stubborn ways.  Are we really debating with written programs?  Deities which people are paid good money to create?  To give life?  

Debate on whether we should or shouldn’t rely on saved data, trust the updates and installations, upload and download.  Accept or not accept.  Scan or not scan.

Deep inside we hope not, but on the surface morality and truth of it all, we do.  We are educated, understand, and accept our dependancies today and acknowledge our weakness in this reliance.

How did we become so involved in this?  Technology, robotic brain ridden monopoly of self sufficient people?  When did saving and uploading become more important than balancing a checkbook by hand or handwriting greetings to loved ones?  Allowing email surpass snail mail, who even licks stamps anymore anyways?

We have become so involved, so sucked up by modern day advances and break through.  Constantly outdated and needing to update our digital worlds.  Has it become out of our control?  Do we depend on this life more than we realize?  How many time have you not had your cell phone and needed to call your mom or best friend and could not remember the number?  Yes, technology lives our lives more than we live it ourselves.

Remember when ordering pizza was done on pads of paper?  Filing taxes done by hand and mailed with a stamp?  Checking bank accounts done by going to the branch and requesting information?  We do not live our personal lives any longer, technology lives it for us.
