Well it looks like things are about to get a lot better at the ranch. We are back up on our feet and making progress.

We wil start construction on the new barn around the first of the year, the new foal will arrive the first of March. After that we will have to start training. If all goes well we will have a couple on the cuircut by the end of the year. I am so excited, I can’t wait to see them perform.

We will also need to buy a good trailer, the one we use is old and heavy. We need one that is light weight and easy to pull. A tractor is another thing we need. I thought about just buying a goat, but the tractor is probably a smarter purchase.

If I can find the time to write more, get my writing  published, and start making some serious money, I would be able to quit my job and work on the ranch full time. That is my goal for 2011.
