The tongue can be a very useful or a very hurtful member of the body. How are you using yours?
Snow White Lies
Snow white lies thick on the ground,
And slips of the feet are often found.
Because you fall a time or two,
Just get back up and plod right through!
The snows as they fall down, amass.
Sometimes they get so hard to pass.
But you’ll land safely, if you’re wise,
Far past where all the snow white lies.
“Snow white lies” thick on the tongue,
By carelessness, many innocents hung.
No wonder its so strange to see,
Brethren, in perfect unity!
Half truths we tell with little grounds.
And slips of tongue are often found
We’ve ruined many a life or two,
By “snow white lies” that were untrue!
The lies as they are told, amass.
`Twas just too easy not to pass!
But we’ll dwell safely if we’re wise!
And not give in to “snow white lies!”
