Rich and poor countries are controversial on the issue of environment safety.

The one reason is that when the poor country people burn trees (wood) many gases are excreted including carbon.

Therefore rich countries want that poor countries would not burn their trees (wood).

On the other hand poor countries say that our progress would stop if we stop burning wood and since rich countries are responsible of emitting most of carbon emitted in the air therefore, they should bear expenses of cleaning it.

During this controversy in 2003 a Brazilian philosopher 53 years Mariso Cynteli suggested that if developing countries agree on not cutting the jungle, rich countries would pay suitable money as a fine.

In the beginning the opponents rejected that suggestion but afterwards gradually this suggestion gained popularity.

In fact all (from governments to public) realized that this way forests can get protection and it is easier saving jungle rather than growing again.

Cynteli do not know English and hence didn’t get popularity outside Brazil, but his suggestion proved very much beneficial for humanity, and he thinks it his big achievement.
