About growing older.

Staying alive is hard for older people.  You have to watch your weight, exercise for better mobility, quit bad habits and you don’t attract people like you used to.  Every day can be a struggle.  Sometimes you’re not as interested in things as you used to be, such as eating and going outside.  Sometimes you have to make your self take care of yourself and it can be hard.  Some people wonder what the point is in anything.  I think it takes a mentally strong person to be able to live a long time.  It takes mental strength to lose weight, and to quit bad habits.  I think only the strong survive.
