In the Philippines, the temperature has been hovering around 37 degrees Celsius for a month with no end. It is April and I am not ready for summer. But whether I like it or not, summer has decided to come on all hot and aggressive. It has settled itself in quite comfortably, like that friend of a friend who has no trouble finding your fridge and finding a place on your couch.

For me summer is sticky, uncomfortable and relentless. But seeing the green grass and the sun kissing my skin reminds me why summer is great. Imagine if you could capture all the great moments in your life and bottle them up. I would put summer in a bottle and make a fortune!

I would sell summer to those who can’t afford summer vacation to cool places. I would sell summer during winter in countries around the world to let other people smell the humidity of summer, of freshly cut grass when you’ve just put the mower away. I would sell summer to those who forgot how it feels to get your skin tanned  by the sun.

I will get rich by selling summer. This will be my list of products:
