This is an article about creative writing that makes a reader happy.

I took a two day vacation from writing.  Now I’m back at work.  So I begin the creative process.  Which for me means a hot shower, get dressed and to stretch out on the sofa with a pen and paper.  Pretty primitive stuff.

Sunlight is pouring through the window pane.  My creative writing process is greatly impacted by the weather.  Today I want to write about pleasant things.  The leaves of the trees outside my window are all different colors.

What words can I put together.  I really have no idea for an article.  I really have nothing profound to offer; except maybe to say that creative writing seems to me to be a constant breaking down and building up of ideas and words.  Maybe we writers should think of ourselves as facilitators.

Ideas and words are a good team.

My apartment is nice and cozy.  I enjoy radiator heat.  Now I’m off the sofa and sitting at the computer pecking away with one finger of the left hand.  The right hand still has some lingering swelling from an attack of carpal tunnel.  I guess what this article is really about is a writer getting back into the swing of writing again, of producing content for Triond again.

So, I’m back to online writing.  The sun is shining and maybe I can make some money.  It feels good to be back in the saddle.  There is nothing more pitiful than a lazy writer.  Well, maybe a lazy lover.

But that’s a whole new article.  Now it’s time for me to tidy up here and send this in.  I want to get outside and into that beautiful  sunshine.  Winter will be here soon enough and that means a whole new twist to the creative writing process.

You are right the things we observe and feel and experience swirls around a bit before they find their way onto a page.

Christine, the hand is slowly getting better. For awhile there I had a long beard because I could not shave; but the beard is gone now.

I am like you and I haven’t written anything since my birthday until yesterday. It is still pending. I have been upset with problems our adult children are having and it is choking the life out of me. I have to let it go and let them work out their own lives. My computer sits on my desk in front of a back window. I have a view of trees, woods, squirrels, birds and my silly dogs playing. It is the best view in the world. Thanks for a nice article, I enjoyed it.

I wonder if the weather effects my writing….I do seem to write a little brighter stuff when the weather is sunny and warm, days are long. Maybe winter will bring out my survival stuff?
