Since I was a young boy
always wanted to be a super hero
or an honest politician
One who could save or change
the world
By deed or by word

Just one to make a difference
in a big or small way
To change the thinking
of the public at large
to act more responsibly

To change society
for the better
for the greater good
of all humankind
Yet still afraid I’m the ONLY one
the last of my kind

To wipe out crime and
social injustice, racism and
environmental rape of the planet
and all that entails

But I am not… Just a Human
What can I do but change myself
and hope
that the message spreads…
