" ladies are very conscious about their dressing and behind their dressing is a very hard work and efforts of the whole team of tailors. This is a tribute to the tailors!"
Tailoring has became the most profit making business in Pakistan but as it is not easy to earn money tailoring is also difficult business, not because you have to be very perfect at you job, it is only very difficult because you have to deal with women which is the most difficult job on the earth.
Today i want to share the scene i saw yesterday ! What i experienced is that the ladies do not want their tailors to get marry because they concentrate less on their work and spend most of the time smiling and watch the selling and cook imaginary tikka biryani and much more. I gave my tailor a dress worth of thousands of rupees to stitch and he sew that in short length i was very mad at him, so i call him to ask him to be at shop, his wife received the call and said that he has just left house for shop! And i reached the shop to teach him a worth less lesson, but there were three more ladies on shop waiting for him. All the workers vanished one by one. The lady started shouting where is he? I want to talk to him only? He already was a half head man and now after marriage he is lost totally? Where are my dresses yesterday it was my brothers mehdi i borrow dress from my friend . And he has not stitched my dress yet . Look this is still unstitched. You bloddy !……………… take that pajama over here , where is my Sarri? what have you done with this dress this lace doesn’t match my dress. All the workers run away one by one . A chottu left alone. He was standing as he is dumb and deaf! He was calling his master again and again but the master powered off his cell phone.
An other old lady came, is my daughters dupatta ready . He said ma’am If you have some work in the market you just get that finish we will just do it in that minute. The old lady replied you just said that about an hour before well i will be back after 30 minutes. Chottu was wearing pinkish brown shalwar kameez with ladies button on it. More hillarious were his answers. To avoid the questions he nearly press all the suites of the shop and when lady pointed him, am talking to you why don’t you answer me? he replied ma’am i haven’t stitched your dress and you are insulting me for two hours what should i do? An other young boy came and he asked chottu to call bhabi , chottu said how would she know where is master ? the young boy said he must be in the house sweeping the house. Call him? He came with great energy Baji what you want tell me and the ladies started insulting him also and they said we are not going to pay even a penny for the work and laces which doesn’t match our clothes. Whole shop was up and down they were going from here to there opening draws them selves . i was just speechless at the situation. The old lady came again while we were standing on the shop. Betta where is my daughters duppata : she asked for the third time. the young boy said aunty if you have some work you get that finish in the market before we do your work’ it is on the machine. The old lady was also iron hot if is still not complete why are you lying to me am old enough that i could not walk that much.
The whole situation was just because the tailor got married and his all work was pending and he could not shift his work to other tailor because he was in need of money , but he has no idea that what kind of situation he had created for himself i left the shop and this was the story of all the tailors i visited . They have got much work . why do women wear that much dresses i haven’t seen men being so conscious that once they wear could not be repeated .
