The Bat Man: A True Story

Then there was the guy that went to south america with a million pairs of prescription sunglasses to sell to the nearsighted bats so that they could come out in the daytime and not have to fly around at night squeaking like winged mice.

The bats were too smart for him though, and they didn’t buy any.

But the bats did sell him a huge pair of ears and a voice throwing device.  You can see him at night walking around with his eyes closed yelling “SQUEAK” in the dark like an idiot. 

It keeps that stretch of sidewalk safe from hoodlums, and the mosquito situation is so much better than it was before.

So everything worked out OK except for the piles of guano.
