These are fun things you can do in a snowstorm.
There are many fun activities one can partake in during a nice snowstorm. These days, with video-games, computers, and cell phone video games that can be used as computers keep us inside the house even on snowless days. During a blizzard with fresh powder waiting to be frollicked in, we should relish the opportunity to be young for the moment.
Sledding: Grab a tray. Grab a pot. Grab a pan. Grab a sled. Go down the hill with your hands in the air. Go down the hill backwards, on your feet, or backwards on your feet. Build a sled jump with your buddies. Sledding is a lot of fun but very tiring. Nonetheless it is exhilerating, adrenaline pumping, and good excercise.
Snow Fort: Build a giant snow fort or igloo structure. Then, once your snow building is constructed, play or hang out in it. Show your family or just enjoy “you” time in your fort.
Build a snowman: What is more traditional America than a big snowman with a carrot nose? Get some friends and family and start rolling the snow into giant balls and make a snowman. It is very fun. And you can even name it and make it unique to your liking. Who knows, maybe instead of using buttons for his chest you can use cherries.
Snowball Fight: Is there a group of kids you dislike? Is a certain schoolyard bully worthy of some payback? Grab your friends and launch a sneak attack! Not with fists, but snowballs! Snowballs is a fun way to play a fighting combat game without the consequences of pain, broken bones, lacerations, etc.
