How many times did you see something and just turned your back. If you saw a man in the streets mugging someone would you try and stop it? A stabbing, a rape, beating?

Have you ever seen a man strike a woman in public and sat there and did nothing to help her. Have you ever seen a child slapped and punched by either parent and just kept doing what your doing. What does it take for someone to say, “This isn’t right” and take action. My hat is off to all the John and Jane Does in this country who protect those who cant protect themselves. Have you ever lived in an apartment building and the neighbors were fighting? Did you hear him or her abusing the other. The next day you see the abuse person in the hall all black and blue.Do you say I’m sorry or hold your eyes straight and pretend you don’t see them. Kind of silly when you think about it. Why didn’t you call the police? Why didn’t you knock on the door? Why didn’t you acknowledge them in the hall and say, let me help you. How many times have you been to a Mall or Wal-mart or some other store and see parents rip their kid up for being a kid and doing kid stuff. Did you tell the parents chill! Did you pull them aside and say”that was wrong”! If they treat their kids like this in the open what makes you think they are going home to hugs and kisses?

Lets get real. If you don’t speak up and try to stop all this that child could end up being John or Jane Doe at the morgue. That abuse person in the apartment could be shot or stabbed by the next hour. It could of been stopped if someone had called he police or knocked on the door. If someone grabbed your wife’s purse at the mall, wouldn’t you want someone to help her? John Doe took chase and tackle the creep and when the police arrived she was returned her purse and the thief was arrested. John Doe faded in the background and disappeared. Jane Doe stopped a man from beating his girlfriend. She yelled and cause the man to run, and a crowd soon game to the young woman’s rescue. Jane faded in the back ground. Maybe they are angels. They do what is expected and then leave. They don’t do it because they want a reward or to be put in the papers. They do it because its the right thing to do. Angels among us. When was the last time you did some angel work?
