The Eyes Have It. Did you know most men are drawn to the eyes. Why not make your eyes pop.1. Line your upper and lower lash lines with black pencil eyeliner then smudge with a cotton swab to soften the edges. 2. Then apply dark brown, gray or black powder eye shadow or the eyeliner along the top and bottom lash lines, using a medium size eye shadow brush. 3. Blend the same shadow up to your crease gradually getting lighter. Continue blending up and out toward your temple stopping about a quarter of an inch beyond the outer edge of your eye. 4. Sweep neutral shimmery eye shadow that matches your skin tone along your brow. Curl your lashes then apply two coats of black mascara to your upper and lower lashes. That’s it.
