These mountains…..those that have always been a part of me..                                                                      These mountains…..those far away, yet as close as it can be…

Since the whole day being so unproductive and unexciting, whats better than taking a long walk i thought. and without any delay i picked up my cell phone grabbed my bag and headed out. I went towards “Chowrasta” since its near to where i stay and the place has always being special to me. I knew i could see the mountains, the Himalayas from there. Mt. Kanchenjunga has always provided this place with eternal bliss and one could actually spend an entire day watching it. It is also entirely possible to sit in one those chairs situated along the pavement and see the whole world pass by for hours, you actually can’t get bored.

After reaching Chowrasta i looked around sat on one of those benches, facing Mt. Kanchenjunga. It looked more beautiful than ever. The view was breathtaking, i stood up and walked a bit forward. A feeling came that i was standing at the top of the world and looking at what surely must be the heavens, a cool breeze hit me…i took this picture.
