The Lord welcomes me daily to his warm winter cottage of joy.

Out of the cold and away from this world’s tempests, confusion and noise.

When out-of-doors furious storms may be rampant and raging all around,

yet as I am found by faiths fire, he keeps me sheltered, secure and sound.

He bids me to warm myself by his assuring peaceful flames of faith,

trusting in his bounteous love that will ever keep me protected and safe.

Although the world outside may be sorted in winters cold disarray,

I will remain gratefully seated by faiths glowing fire each day.
