These people can see in their own way.
Can a person with the disability of blindness, see what is happening around him/her? Before trying to answer this question just read the following thought I personally want to share with you readers.
Imagine a blind individual living alone in his/her own house, getting out from the house well dressed and going for a walk. Now, another question comes up on my mind. How the individual got dressed before getting out from home, remembering that the individual is living alone and there is no one to help in his/her personal needs. Before he/she got out the house, the individual had to wash, shave or does some make-up, find the clothes to go out with, arrange the hair, eat the breakfast, and open the windows for fresh air and switch on the washing machine to wash the clothes. In my opinion a person with blindness cannot see what is happening around with his visual eyes, but can see with the other four types of eyes he/she have, which are, the ears, the nose, the touch and the taste. The individual by time and training learns to use the other four senses to see what is happening around him/her.

Now a day technology is helping person with blindness, like the computer, some invented some software that when installed on the computer, the software will change the written words of a website on internet or documents in spoken words. In the streets while using the pelican lights, once the red lights changes, a beep sound is heard to help person with blindness know when to cross the streets. Hope that technology continues to progress and invent more aids to help persons with disability.
Remember this, there are lot of persons who can see perfectly but they are totally blind at the same time. We need to change and open our eyes. Now try to think and answer the question. Can a person with the disability of blindness see what is happening around him/her? Hope that you readers understand my point of view.
