In life today how do we vote? Do we choose life or do we choose death, metaphorically speaking. Each time we enter in to the “present moment” do the infinite possibilities come in to play, being integral and being present are where and when miracles occur. Our word to our selves and to each other is the bond that cements our purpose in life. Awareness of Who and What we are is essential before we are able to learn anything new. To make the most out of our lives there are some essential beginnings. To search and find that which makes us come alive, our hearts desire, our path. A friend once told me he knew he was suppose to teach because he “came alive” while teaching and of course prior to the act the thought of teaching. To come alive by a simple thought . . . Powerful indeed, and worthy of the valor and splendor of a “Child of God”

Always back to the thoughts, the thoughts that determine how we feel, the feelings that determine our behavior and the action or reaction as a result. To think on the simple fact that it all begins in our mind with a thought. This is where power is born, in our thoughts. Thoughts of life or thoughts of death, I rarely interject myself into these writings, usually using “we” or “our” to preface an idea, because I believe “We” are in this together, this is not a solo performance. Many of you know that I lost a Son . . . a tragic event for any parent, but an event like any tragedy that has the force of change dominating its presence into our lives. How that event is interpreted in completely within our control. We are the Masters of our life because we control our thinking. This is the power we all seek, and it is this we have the ability to give to each other. To be there in life’s events to nurture and in some cases to endure each other, to reach out and place our selves in to another’s life, to see life from another’s perspective allows for expansion and the increase of a most valuable commodity . . . compassion. Be gentle today, live large and laugh often, sing if the mood strikes you and dance with the rhythm of Love.
