I’m sure enough people have heard of “The Secret“.

It’s one of those Oprah endorsed things and I mean if the O likes it then it must be good right?

Wrong. It’s a load of bullshit. I’ll break it down for you real quick

“The Secret” says that thoughts have their own frequency, when you think badly bad things happen.

That part is some what reasonable. I do believe (depending on what physics you believe) everything exists on a vibrational level. It’s molecular vibrations of atoms and what not that holds the universe together. fair enough.

There’s basically three things you need to do to employ the power of “The Secret, laws of attraction”

Step 1 – Ask

You must ask the universe for what you want. The universe responds to thoughts, your thoughts.

Step 2 – Answer

The universe will answer your thought

Step 3 – Receiving

You must bring yourself into alignment with the universe to receive your answer. You must generate feelings of having… what you visualize, things materialize. You can’t just think you need to FEEL.

I just want you to know that “the secret” is bullshit. It’s just a bunch of fucking mumbo jumbo. A false response to a false pretense. You “Ask” and then the “Universe” responds… HA!

The real “Secret” is self realization and self actualization, the will to power if you will.

The power is in YOU, not some man in the sky or some cosmic universal power. It’s all self fulfilling prophecy. There’s been a dozen variations on “The Secret”, none of which have any truth, it’s all about selling books and videos. The only reason “The Secret” is so big is because of Oprah!

Oprah could say “this piece of dog shit got me to where I am today. If you rub dog shit on your face everyday not only will you be better looking but also successful”

and do you know what would happen? Dog shit would become a multi million dollar industry. Selling across the globe to woman (and some men) just because the big O said so.

The point is “the secret” does not exist. There is no secret except the power to change and do anything with your life has always been and will always be within you!
