There is not enough teachers to help all the children that need a more one on one approach at times, teachers are underpaid, so I think some do not really care as much anymore. And the money that is given to schools for education is way under par of what it should be. I have my own, good/bad experiences of education while in school, some where where teachers really cared, and some where, they could care less... This is a part of the society that can be measured in many ways, with one's own opinions.
