Part One of my new series about a young woman destined to damnation of eternity on earth to seduce men into feeding her blood thirst, but meets a vampire that is her natural enemy, but instead of killing him, she falls in love.
She sat alone outside looking into the dark sky. The moon illuminated her in the bare field. Nothing but pure beauty. Her long wavy red hair blew against the breeze, and her green eyes sparkled as the stars in the night sky.
She waited, looking for an adventure, for something to feed upon. It had been months since she tasted the blood of a human on her lips. She had been feeding off of animals to satisfy her thirst.
In the distance she saw him, a young man. He was bare chested, and very muscular. His blond hair was illuminated by the moon. He looked injured, limping across the empty field.
She thought for a second. This man was injured, walking unarmed in an empty field at midnight. She found it peculiar, but beggars couldn’t be choosers. She quickly took action.
She ran at the speed of light, lightly masking her footsteps. It was though she hadn’t moved at all when she found herself behind the man. She sensed him tense up, and he stopped. She was quick to move when he turned around, but not quick enough.
The man had sensed her presence, watching him. She had tried to hide in a tall patch of grass but he had followed her just as quick as she hid from him. Now he was on top of her, pinning her to the ground.
“What are you?” he growled in her ear.
“What are you?” she sung quietly.
“Nothing compared to pure beauty as you are.” He said as though under a spell.
“Oh my, you are weak. Tsk Tsk, a weak vampire is no match for me.”
