Our bodies are made up of many different micro-organisms. Even scientists and doctors cannot fathom the different things that can happen in our bodies or why they happen.

As I lay there on the examining table, anxiously awaiting what the diagnosis from the doctor; my body is cold and shaky. The whole time I’m there, things are growing in my body. These things are affecting other parts of my body. These things are making me sick. These things are making me tired. How long has it been since I felt like this? I think its been about 2 or 3 weeks. The first time I saw the doctor, he said I would be fine that was a week ago and yet here I am yet again, with the same problem.

I’m in pain and bleeding and nobody can tell me what’s wrong with me. Nobody has given me any medicine for the pain or the problem. Every time I see the doctor, he takes pieces from my body and hurts me as he does it. Still nothing seems to show up on any of the tests he’s done. Still, I receive no pain medication and no help from my problem.

The doctor again takes two more pieces from my body. He says he’s going to test these pieces and see what comes up. The doctor tells me to make an appointment to see him in two more weeks.

As I wait patiently, these things continue to live inside of me and seem to reproduce. The doctor continues to remove them but they continue to grow back and reproduce some more. How come I never felt these things living inside of me before?

Now I wonder are there things that live, grow and reproduce inside of all of us? If I didn’t feel these things growing maybe you don’t either.
