The man sits on a vine-infested bench. He rests his head on his sweaty palm, and cries. A river of tears flows down the street. People drown in it, his own family gets caught in the whirling rapids. Domino effect. Domino effect. Domino effect. Where does he go from here? Every decision, every choice, has a side effect. Doing something right, is just loosening the noose. So they say… “Live it up!”… Right? Let’s all just “Live for the moment.” But what if even the moment is not something to live for? Maybe the moment isn’t so grand after all. Perhaps the moment is worse than the end? So, truly think about it. Would you really want to live for the moment if the moment meant losing a loved one? Oh, but they say the chances are slim? They say its virtually impossible. How do you define virtual? And how do you define impossible, for that matter. Maybe the mistake in life was that you “Lived for the moment.” And thought to yourself, “Oh, that can’t happen to me.” People are ignorant. Even I am ignorant in posting this article. Because I have discovered that nothing can be proven. There will always be new discoveries masking the old, ancient, written forms. Make up your mind, time. Are you happy with our world now? Or do you just want to disprove another original thought?
