The good ‘ole days..

Think back to your mother’s days when Aunt Betsy was really your neighbor at the end of the block and cousin Annie lived across the street. Uncle Joe was the neighborhood mailman and grandma… well she belonged to everyone. Wasn’t that the life. We enjoyed living together in a community and being nothing but playful. We were a family, not by blood but by heart. We were united and looked out for each other. Yep, everyone took care of everyone helping to raise the young of the community and crime was not even a though, not even a though… cause everyone looked out for everyone.

I remember those days. Now it seems neighbors barely speak to each other.
