Portions of Carter’s suicide note read:

“I am depressed … without phone … money for rent … money for child support … money for debts … money!!! … I am haunted by the vivid memories of killings and corpses and anger and pain … of starving or wounded children, of trigger-happy madmen, often police, of killer executioners…I have gone to join Ken [recently deceased colleague Ken Oosterbroek if I am that lucky.”

Maybe some of you already know who the photographer who managed to get photos as good as this .. Kevin carter is a winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Feature Photography on May 23, 1994 at Columbia University’s Low Memorial Library.
In March 1993 Carter traveled to Sudan. Soft voice, high-pitched whimpering near the village of a toddler skinny Ayod caught his attention. She was stopped for a rest in his attempt to place the provision of food rations, while a vulture and then landed nearby. Kevin said that he waited about 20 minutes, hoping the birds of prey will spread its wings. And the bird did not do it. hence taken the photo was improvised and hurried away Kevin direct charter and until now no one knows the fate of these children ..

Kevin then haunted by these photos plus more criticism of friends and colleagues who say he should help the little girl, instead of waiting to pick the best moment and go straight ..

2 Months after receiving the Pulitzer for the photo, Kevin committed suicide at age 33 yr by using carbon monoxide.
