Life passes you before your eyes.

This article is purely based on personal opinion so please feel free to leave any opinions you have in the comments.

The phrase ‘time flies’ is a commonly used one, sometimes it seems to be used as a mere expression when something goes particularly quickly, other times life seem to go so quickly that the expression accurately represents the speed of time.

The first fact seems to be of time itself. Today has gone so quiclky must be one of the most said phrases ever but the fact is that time cannot run any faster or slower than it previously has (or can it?). We use seconds, minutes and hours to measure the constant flow of time, these are purely units of measurement but is it even possible to measure time itself.

You can physically say that an object weighs a certain weight but with time all you have to go by is a clock, these are purely human devised to say that every unit of time can be catagorised into our understandable unit of time but what is to say that every actual unit of time is different, that they can’t be individually measured.

We can never be fully sure of time itself as it is ever changing, ever growing and ever expanding. You are always told that you only live once (excluding James Bond of course) but what is to say that time doesn’t exist per life, that each persons’ length and unit of time is different.

My opinion is that personally whether you can measure time itself, the whole thought and application of time still exists. So whether your day seems to go quickly or slowly as of units of time being different to one another or purely as of experiences in your day you need to make the most of your time. Enjoy it, do something with it and make the most of it.
