To be loved and accepted is the greatest feeling in the world. Without these attributes, we die a little each day…
Our world seems to be in shambles. Everywhere we turn something is drying up, running over, exploding, spewing out, getting murdered, getting too hot, getting too cold, being hated, being stolen, getting addicted, and going unloved. People are running everywhere, trying to find some peace of mind. Everybody tries to do things on their own. Working with someone is out of the question. Marriages are falling apart and children are killing themselves because they can’t handle life. They would prefer to be dead.
I have so many people say to me anymore: “What is wrong with our nation, our world? Everyone seems to be going crazy.” I think people have lost their Common Sense. We are pressured on every side to do this and do that, until we do not know what to do. We have been taught that we are worthless without the big paying celebrity job, without driving the big fancy car, and without living in the million dollar houses. Without all of these things we simply are not successful. We have become so desensitized that we have no feelings and are like dead men and women and children, walking. About the same as a robot.
Jane Velez Mitchell, calls it ” A war on women.” Some say children are being targeted –raped and murdered. Others are concerned because of the popularity of “Cop killers” Men will admit it is getting so outrageous, they are shaking in their boots. Babies are literally being cut from their mothers stomach by those who think what they are lacking is a baby to make them happy and fulfilled. Later we see on the news where the baby was killed and thrown in the garbage along with the mother. Models are being found headless and cut into pieces and animals are being abused and tortured for no reason. Yes, I also ask: “What has our world come to? Does anyone have a solution?
No one can afford to go to the doctors anymore except our leaders. No one can afford anything anymore except our leaders. No one can afford a house or a car or to own a business except our leaders. Gas is so expensive we can’t afford to drive if we have a car. Everything on this earth has been taxed to death. No wonder people drink and smoke. Every day we hear of robberies because no one can afford anything. If we don’t have money, we will die. We cannot count on any kind of support. But I think what wealthy people are forgetting is that we are all in the same Titanic, and it is sinking.
People are leaving churches right and left. They have adapted such Organized Religion that Jesus couldn’t come in if he wanted to, and He wants to from what I know about Him. Do you ever wonder what He sees and how He feels, looking at the world His Father created so beautifully. We have one
Natural Disaster, one right after the other. Where is love? Relationships are primarily a thing of the past. i have forgotten what it feels like to have a guy hold me in a loving way, or be told I am loved. The Dating Sites are truly a joke and a place to lure people to be abused or worse. Is Ole Satan turned loose, is that the problem–or is there such a person? Some believe there is only a Heaven. If that is so, then what is this Hell we’re living in?
In my opinion, Love is at…or should I say or not at, the core of it all. It is a commandment that we love each other and hang all the other laws on love. It must have been very important to Jesus, to make it a commandment. Is seems that no one loves each other anymore. Maybe they do not know what love is. But, the way I see it is, if we have love in our hearts, the world would not be in the war that it is in. The entire world is in a war against itself. Jesus says that “A house divided will fall.”
And, He tells us “without love we have nothing at all.” He is the greatest example possible. His Perfect Passionate Love took Him to the Cross for us, as our sacrifice he died so we can live forever. That love was resurrected: the Angels rolled the stone away…He does not hang on the cross anymore.
Without His love, we die a little each day. We are all One in Him. We were designed to be together.
Very gooood. I often ask myself the same question. What has the world come to? It’s very sad but unfortunatly thats just how it is. It’s only going to get worse.
