While I’m out in society,Toddler’s at the age one and above, I see them walking around with a bottle, pacifier, unsupported shoes, and pull ups on. I was train by my grandmother, how to take care of kids. She has eight kids, five boys and three girls. My grandmother told me the day they turn one year old, take away the bottle, pacifier, and take off them pampers. Because holding a bottle or pacifier, in their mouth will ruin their teeth. She said they going to cry and pout but they will be alright. Also, toddler’s wearing pull ups. I seen a toddler boy walking with his mom, pants hanging down off his buttock with a pull up on. The toddler was struggling, trying to walk to keep his pants up. I couldn’t understand why his mom would put him through that situation. Toddler’s wearing unsupported shoes, flip flops and sandals. They’re mom are ruing their feet. My grandmother told me to get them buster brown shoes, an let them wear those shoes until they get five years old. Those shoes will give them support, for them to walk better. Lastly, teach and show them how to do chores around the house. If not, they want know how, when they get older. I took my grandmother advice for my kids. Now my kids are adults and well perceptive.
