It’s happened, you have gotten sick with a cold. Here’s a guide to help you get better fast.

1. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids, your body is weaker with a cold and needs energy

2. Avoid even if you want to using nasal sprays, those actually make it worse

3. Take a zinc pill because your body needs help fighting the cold

4. Be sure to avoid getting to close to people as you don’t want to infect others

5. Don’t blow your nose too hard otherwise you will cause a nosebleed

6. If your throat hurts, use lemon tea to help soothe it

7. Wash your hands alot so you don’t spread the cold

If you follow these instructions then you should be better in a few days.
