A how to guide.

We all get it from time to time and it is very uncomfortable and makes us feel sick. Here’s a guide to help you cure it and get back to full health

1. Drink plenty of water. Water softens bowel movements and makes it more likely to have a bowel movement and be less painful.

2. Use a high fiber diet that has grains and bread in it as this is useful in treating the problem

3. Eat prunes and drink prune juice. They may not be tasty but they work works and are a life saver if mixed with water

4. Eat ripe plums, these are particularity useful and can work in less then an hour

5. Try doing some activity that makes you move alot as this gets the bowels working

6. If this fails, use a laxative to help but don’t overuse them

If the problem continues, go see a doctor
