IF sorrow has become part of your life, try coming out of it. Try, try, try!

If you are sad, if you feel alone, then talk about it to someone. I understand that what it is to feel like that! And i also agree that talking to someone does not make you fit all of a sudden. But we can try it our, right?
We all have tragedies and sadness in life. How we take it changes everything. A wise person is one whi sees a stone on his way and changes his path so as not to get hurt by that. Simply out, if you hate a person and that person you hurting you everyday, move on and try to stay away as much as possible. Be in company of people who care for you and want to see you happy. We all commit mistakes but sometimes we get really shattered when someone else committs it.
Shattered is a very big word if taken seriously. People might have different kind of problems in life — Domestic violence, fights, tragedies, worries of life et all. People who are matured and seen the world somehow cope with such situations but young people often get shattered and start living in their own shell which kills them everyday from within.
I have no solution for this and neither i have written this article for that. My only purpose is to soothe people who go through such situations in life. Readin helps and even writing does. In my case i get relieved by writing and being read by my friends. You can also try it!
Do what is required in life and talk limited. You are already depressed and you will not feel like doing anything. But you need to eat, sleep, do daily chores just the way when you were normal (if not happy).
Try reading good books. I have nothing with me write now so i am sorry i am unable to suggest books on positive thinking. But it really helps. Try reading good articles online. A few things can help you feel better from within.
