U.F.O Light Formation Over England

My eye witness account of what appeared to be the same sighting as the one in Phoenix Arizona

A few months ago on a journey to a friends house, me and the cars passengers witnessed a light formation that looked identical to that of the famous U.F.O light formation that was reported, documented and filmed in Phoenix Arizona. The lights lingered in the air as we drove and changed formation whilst more began appearing until the tree line and roof tops made it impossible to continue watching the formation. Me and a friend later made it to the local beach in the hope to catch yet another visual on the objects. We was unsuccessful in our attempts until witnessing what we later roughly concluded as Solar Flares. These became apparent in a pattern and happened around every 4-5 minutes. They would light up the night sky left of the peer and make the surrounding sky seem exactly like daylight for a few seconds. I do not have much knowledge on Solar Flares so I do not know whether or not to conclude this part of the story as a coincidental attachment. But one thing I am sure of after watching countless videos of the Phoenix Arizona U.F.O’s the ones we saw that night looked like a Mirror image.

I would like to see if any one has any plausible rational theorys behind what we saw. And woud also be interested to know how to identify solar flares, was what I described one?
