Before writing about the USA realty we should have to know about the real definition of realty.Realty or real estate is  a  land where there is air above it,the ground below it and the buildings or structure of construction on it.Real estate often considered similar to the real property and dissimilar to the personal property.Real estate business is very popular in U.S.A.,Mexico,Canada etc.But there are few difference among them.Mostly the U.S real estate business is most popular in the world.Here sale and buy or lease of real estate is the major economic activity and this activity is strictly regulated by the U.S state and Federal law.There are mainly two types of realty in U.S.A.One of them is residential realty and the another one is commercial realty.The commercial realty is the term where the sale and buy or lease of property for business purposes.But residential realty is the term where the sale and rental facility of land and ready made houses to individuals and families for their daily living.The first one means the residential realty is strictly regulated by the Federal.For getting a residential realty a person must have a high school diploma,be at least 18 years of old and be pass a written test on realty rules and regulation which is formulated by the Federal Govt.Since 1970’s,commercial realty owners have been given additional protection under the federal law.Most purchases of the residential realty requires the buyer to obtain a mortgage from bank or any other financial institutions.The financial institutions receive  a interest security for the realty,because when the buyer enable to pay the mortgage then the institution easily can obtain the realty and the institution can resell the realty.Sometimes due to this resell case of financial institution the cost of the residential realty make falls a lot.For this reason in few days ago the price of the residential realty decrease a lot that was affect the American economy and make them thoughtful for this depression of the decrease of the realty price.
