the amount of times you get crap when you ring up any company for help! the weakest parts of some of these businesses is their customer service, 0845 numbers and being on hold for days and days, you can be calling up one place to discuss a bill and be on hold for hours then you\’ll have to ring up your telephone provider because you just ran up your bill and the payment that month will be late because your bank branch rather try make you sign up for credit cards than a normal account. ridiculous!!! you ring these places and they say your call might be recorded for training reasons, training for what? how far can you push someone to their boiling point?! there needs to be vast improvements in customer service or alternatives and i don\’t mean them *@€*ing automotive services that take you round in circles!
