Unconditional love is..

It’s obvious from the word itself, there are no conditions to be able to feel it; inside yourself. I mean in the sense of extending love to another, there can be no conditions that you ask for a return of what you give. In business, yes, but not if we speak of unconditional love extended.

If it would be love you would feel consistently, this unconditional part of it is no habit, nor addiction, nor does it establish a dependency on another. That would be to speak of a business deal again. These concepts are earthly concepts of love. They may be experienced as feelings in the early formations of a committed relationship. Matured love is consistently unconditional.

I must repeat, unconditional love is not earthly, only in the rarest of instances. It is attainable but does not come easy, for life is a schoolroom at best and the give and take of love is part of the lesson plan. Our society I noticed early on, has made love into a business deal where property is divided up by a court room. That’s why it’s just business here and a schoolroom.

You will not be able to speak of this kind of love on the same breath where rides fear thoughts, uncertainty or insecurity thoughts. If you try, you will only summon guilt, another fear thought in disguise. You will summon guilt because you will feel deep inside that you have been unfaithful to love’s purpose by somehow not being able to express the fullness of love to another or to yourself.

You know if love is not being expressed, something has gone wrong. Yet you still will be unable to express this in words, you will feel afraid of failure. Wait awhile then. The stew needs to simmer longer. First be kind to yourself before extending kindness to another.
If you do attempt to speak of this kind of love, that you feel, that we all feel at one time or another, you may also summon desire to feel love’s passionate ebb and flow. You may have memories of love. It is ok to seek out the memories to see if they may instruct you in some way.
This is natural, yet there is a human propensity not too far in the horizon where fulfillment in love, is already accomplished, as I spoke early on of feeling it consistently, and this is a state of mind which can come unbidden. It is not an objective in any way. It is more like the effect of a cause set in motion since your birth and even beyond your birth.
