This is my viewpoint of those who are unable to be happy and how they are unable to accept others who are.
There is something to be said for those out there who are unable to be happy with their own lives and how they try and rain on my parade. I’ve learned that they can’t find happiness with themselves, so they find it necessary to spread their misery upon others who have managed to reach contentment.
It’s very true that there are many people out there whose sole purpose is to try and spoil things for others, as they are are threatened by others joy. It irritates them that the one who’s found bliss, has achieved something they are unable to. So they nit-pick, criticize, and try to sabotage the happiness. I have seen this from day to day and have known those who can’t seem to let things be. They aren’t happy unless they’re messing with someone else.
One thing that is for sure is I can’t help but feel sorry for these people, for they are unable to look at the true culprit; their lackluster self-esteem or self-worth. If only they could look at themselves in the mirror and see the real problem. Then perhaps a better self focus would dissolve any interest in meddling in the lives of those who have found resolve. I think it would be a better use of their energies rather than trying to spread their misery. Happiness is attainable with a healthy and intelligent perspective.
