- First of all, you must sit in a very dark room and have nothing but darkness around you.
- Think only about darkness for about 15, 20 minutes, as it’ll help your mind to stay on track. As soon as you think you’re ready, you may begin.
- Sit in a meditative pose.
- Close your eyes and imagine your figure in a place where you can see darkness all around you. Imagine that same darkness closing into your body. Make it look like it’s consuming all of you.
- After your whole body has been consumed, you may picture your body, every detail of it, in black, including your clothing and your eyes.
- Open your eyes and get out of your meditative pose.
- You are now bonded with the darkness. If not, consider the fact it all depends on the person you are and your belief in it.
