Used To Think I Knew

I used to think I knew exactly,
What the world was all about,
But every day that passes by,
I have a little bit more doubt.

It’s hard sometimes to make sense,
With all that’s going on…
The earth just turns on its axis,
We keep movin’ along.

Every day I tell myself:
Every day things will change…
Only for a second …
They will stay the same,

My greatest wish is to keep love,
And share it with those I know,
For one day time will be no more,
In this world below.
