Since becoming a vegetarian I have noticed how people react to me when I tell them Iam vegetarian.

What is the reason that they react the way they do. The truth is deep down in there gut they know that they are killing themselves slowly. It is a free country to share your opinion. But it is not ok to bash other people for their choices. There are a number of different sites you can go to. Vegetarians.com is one site that I go to frequently. For some people the vegetarian ideals are a fad. If you are unhappy with how you feel or you don’t have any energy try it for a month and see how you feel. I grew up on a farm as a kid so I have seen the slaughter of animals. I remember when we used to cut the heads off of chicken and let them run. Next we would throw them in boiling water, and then pluck them. Iam not vegetarian because of some fad Iam vegetarian because I wanted to change my life. The truth is people are afraid of change. What right do other people have to run down what you are doing? The only reason they do is to make themselves feel better. We live in the United States of America.
