Special Offer – Village for sale. Call our hotline right now and be the first to get a limited value offer.
New Zealand – Village called Otira, a hamlet located on the rainy west coast south island, has been stamped with a “for sale” sign for as low as $NZ1 million ($715,000).
Included in the whole package is a hotel pub, a railway station, a school, town hall and 18 houses, and oh, if you call within the next few minutes, you also get the 40 people living in the village.
The village is in running condition, will extremely benefit from renovation, but with a few touch you can easily make it feel comfy and cozy. Bill and Christine Hennah, it’s current owners, bought the depraved village back in 1998 while they were just passing through. They felt sorry for it, and bought it.
It used to be a rundown village, but after the railway station (which you also get included in the package if you call right now) Otira’s development has commenced. Back in the days, it was home to 600 people, but now it’s down to a raging 40 so you don’t have to worry much about the crime-rate. Whatever caused the huge decline is beyond me. Must have been a zombie plague or something, but forget that I said that.
If you call our hotline right now, you get a special limited offer, and we will cut down $9.99 from the original value. Plus, you get a one-year-supply of Chlorox for detoxifying what remains of the zombie infection.
The couple have grown tired and old after running out of shotgun shells (zombie headshots). They are retiring at age 60, saying they could no longer run the hotel, much less the pub. And god, the 40 population is such a pain. So they are giving away this one-time limited offer of $NZ1 million (for the whole lot) including the Chlorox package. They’ll even generously add the shotgun.
So what are you waiting for? Call us up right now.
