I dont believe visitation should be withheld just because of support.  If the other parent is trying to do what they can then let them see their children. 

I believe that the only reasons child visitation should be denied is if the other parent is harmful to them, doesn’t ever come even when they can, or has never been there.

Mothers dont be selfish with your children because one day the child will grow up and will resint you for it.  Dont make it so easy to make the other parent look good.  Let them make their own selves look bad. 

Dont tell the children of personal things that should be left between the parents just to make the child not want to go with the other parent.  And besides most people dont realize there are laws against that.  That carry strong punishments.
