Try walking to the shops instead of jumping in the car, you can get fitter and save money along with the environment as well.
If you do have to take the car because of the distance, try parking a little further away and walk the rest of the journey , even in the car park leave you car as far from the entrance as you can.
When you get home just lifting the shopping out of the boot is good exercise lift the bags up and down as you walk to the door of your house

When you take a shower try doing the twist whilst you dry your back its fun and as you will be on your own (Or will you) you won’t look silly.
And when you sit to dry your feet lift them as high as you can up to your chin, it doesn’t matter if you can’t make it that high, just try as high as you can.
After your shower and you have dressed, make your way down stairs, going down three steps and then back up one then down another three and so on till you reach the bottom
