Keeping fit.

We are looking at ways you can keep fit, without going to a gym.

How about if you sit in your favourite chair and watch a half hour program, find one of those wheat bags that you heat up, if you don’t have one just make a bad and put some sand in it, then while the program is on put the bag on your feet and lift both feet up and then down again, do this all through the program, when the adverts come on take the weights and with one in each hand lift them up and down until the program starts again.

If the weather is fine  you can’t go far wrong by doing a little gardening such as weeding or digging, see if the lawn needs mowing, that is brilliant exercise,  also reaching up to do some pruning can help increase your metabolism.

And while your outside take out the rubbish to the bin, don’t forget to left it a couple of time before you put it in, have a look at your compost heap ,if you have one, take a fork and give it a couple of turns it will help you and your compose.

Even just watering the garden is good for you, as you pull out the hose put just that little more effort into it.
